General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 7k999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 7k999 website, mobile site, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing arcade games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered from time to time.

One Account Policy

Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed the action. Deposits & Withdrawals

Inactive Account Policy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 7k999 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee of ৳100 from the balance of inactive accounts following written notification to the registered email address. Bonus Policy

Where bonus abuse is identified, 7k999 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, adjust account balances to reflect only genuine net deposits, and in serious or repeated cases, close the account entirely.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses will be removed from accounts automatically.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure

Both players and 7k999 have the right to close a registered account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure Requested by the Player

Any registered player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting 7k999 support at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any outstanding withdrawal of verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed to the player's verified payment method. Once an account is closed at the player's request, all bonus balances and any unmet wagering progress will be permanently forfeited.

Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion requests — should state this clearly in their closure request. Self-exclusion closures will be processed with immediate effect and the player will be prevented from re-registering for the minimum self-exclusion period applicable to their request.

Closure by 7k999

7k999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Confirmed age verification failure (player found to be under 18)
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in the Fair Use section above
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory directive
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months with zero balance

Where an account is closed by 7k999 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held within the account — including both deposited funds and accrued winnings — may be forfeited following investigation. 7k999 will notify the player of the closure and the reason for it via the registered email address where possible, except in cases where notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7k999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill — even if 7k999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7k999 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

7k999 makes no representation or warranty that the games or services available on the platform are appropriate for use in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 7k999 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location before registering an account or making a deposit.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7k999 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team at [email protected] shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
